Good ol' Texas cooking

We went to this fab restaurant on our way to the airport. It was a great place with lots of plaques on the wall with funny sayings on them and the food was great too. My favourite saying was "I got a dog for my husband. It was a good trade". Although "knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad" was good too!
