I watched Man on Fire really recently and this song at the end really got to me.

I'm not sad, and it's not a tear... Just wanted to try for a different kind of blip today. Saying that, I think I'll take this song off repeat. It's making me sad when I have no reason to be. If anything I should be happy, as I'm going back to Peru in 5 days time. Can't wait to see the children in the orphanage. Then I can be sad, when I have to leave them all over again...

Another reason to be happy, just found out my cousin has had a little baby boy! Welcome to the world Alfie :)
