Dancer Series-IV
My lovely dog walking friend Isatu was in touch over the weekend. We haven't managed to have our canal walk together for ages. She has the sweetest little Chihuahua. Not at all yappy and perfectly mannered. A giant intelligent dog in a tiny little body. She has gone to great lengths to train her dog so she can take him everywhere and I do mean everywhere. Next week he will fly home with her to Sweden. He can sit on her knee outbound but coming back to the UK he must be in cargo. Isa is not at all happy with that. She is considering taking a ferry back from France so that little Lucky isn't stressed with the travel arrangements.
Isatu will dance again in the Notting Hill Carnival this year. She has done so for the last six years. I will not under any circumstance be around to see her. I find it all a bitt too full on these days and hope to be out in the quiet of the country to miss the crowds and noise. I am sure my teen will be very cross about that. Here is one of her in her Samba gear.
Isa is the most amazing belly dancer. She specialises in Samba and Persian dance. Today I had my own private little show. She really is very impressive. We also did a few shots in her carnival gear but I am blipping this one for Kieran , who very gently asked to see a belly dancer while we were in turkey. I didn't quite manage it. So here she is today.
It's a hot one today!
