End of day drama

So why I am the facilities manager, I still don't know...but lucky me I spotted this right at closing. Co-worker got tarps to throw over stuff. I tried to shut off the HVAC that is causing this but it kept going. Co-worker finally yanked thermostat off the wall - yup, that worked! Have a call into repair guys. Hopefully they will come soon - but, no thank you, I did not want to pay to fly them in tonite!
