Get the punk out

A photographic experiment tonight.

I bought a proper external flash unit some years ago for my DSLR but never learnt how to use it. After trying to understand the manual, I convinced myself that there's no substitute for natural daylight.

This evening I decided to stop kidding myself and just learn how to use the damn thing. So, with my sister as a not-so-willing-but-then-very-willing model (she does that), I present you with my first ever properly flashed photograph.

I feel the need for thunderous applause and a few fainting ladies.
