Sketching.......

OK folks....you may not be excited about this...but I am!!! This is my very first photoshop attempt!!! A photo of some artificial flowers, turned into a charcoal sketch!!! I'm excited for several reasons!!! First...I actually managed to do something with Photoshop....software I find difficult and frustrating to use!! Secondly....I would LOVE to be able to sketch like this...but cannot!! Instead...I can take fairly decent photos and now transform them and pretend I did this!!! LOL!!!!

It actually started out not a great day....one of my wounds is infected, and it's pretty sore. A few days ago the glue they used in it became unglued!! It's right where every movement makes it nip!! The seatbelt hurts....and I was generally feeling fed up!! It's raining out...and every crouch or bend for a photo hurt!! SO...... I decided to take a couple of indoor shots...sit still and PLAY!!!! :-))))) Never to be defeated!!!!!!!!

I love my little sketch!!! And it was a pain free endeavour!! So now I like it even more!! I was going to skip blipping until the wound settled, but maybe I can play a bit more tomorrow!!! I even remember what I did!!!! Lol!!!!

There is still SO much that does NOT do as I expect, though hopefully several books I bought will help!!!

Btw....I watched The King's Speech again last night....what a great film!!!!
