'Man Overboard'

It's been peeing with rain and the temperature has dropped dramatically..... that didn't stop Joe getting into the paddling pool (where the depth of the water has doubled!!).

It was then that we spotted this poor little bee doing the dead man's float. He immediately grabbed the stick though and clung on for dear life until deposited safely to a dry, safe spot at the garden shed. Fingers crossed for the wee chap. There's few enough bees out there.

In other news - A massive, massive thank you for my birthday comments yesterday. I can't comment individually, unfortunately, so here is a collective thank you. I was once again blown away by the kindness of blippers. I felt quite special to be honest.

In other, other news - Mr Harry seems a lot happier. The wound is no longer seeping and the lump seems to be going down. Off to the vet on friday for a check up.
