Down on their Luck

No matter where you go in this world you will always find folk who have obviously seen better times and unfortunately Finland appears to have more than their fair share. The guy on the right here came to my attention as he was staggering about picking up cigarette stubs from the pavement and smoking the better looking ones while putting the really squashed ones into a bag. What intrigued me was his ability to bend down, pick up and regain an upright posture without once falling flat on his face. No mean feat.........he was utterly pickled in booze!!
