Another Party

This time we didn't have to take any food or drink, and we weren't expected to donate money to an election campaign or a good cause. It was a thank-you party for people who have donated in the past to Futurewise Whatcom, the local chapter of Futurewise, a statewide land-use advocacy organization, "working to promote healthy communities and cities while protecting working farms, working forests, and shorelines today and for future generations".

We enjoyed barbecued salmon and locally raised beef burgers al fresco while being entertained by this musical duo. And yes, there was beer from Boundary Bay Brewery again!

Life is good.
