Danksound's Musing

I finished laying the new tiles on the bathroom floor today - hurrah! Just the plastic strip and the sealant round the bath to do! It's the smallest room and the hardest. After that I went for another long walk with my daughter as the weather is very warm here at present. I have some very iconic pictures today as we went for a walk along the River Thames from Bank Tube Station to St Paul's, into the posh new shopping centre The One New Change, across the Millennium Bridge, past the Tate Modern, down past London Bridge and the Shard to Tower Bridge to Chad Thames. Chad Thames is a street between Butlers Wharf and Cardamom Building and it has walkways across the street which were originally used for rolling barrels and the like between the warehouses. These warehouses have been renovated and are posh flats now and the walkways are balconies. However I digress and this photo that I have chosen to put up is because it took more thought to accomplish and basically I like it!!! It was taken just near St Paul's Cathedral.
