Thai Banquet with the Dream Team

Dream Team: Me, Ches, Soph, Lynsey and Mark
Today was spent on one of the worst walks of all time, started off okay with flat territory and a seafood van half way from followed by gammon and cheese sandwiches and ice cream, but then ruined by a four mile TREK through beach shingle- definitely not our idea of fun, but 'character building' as some may say! Lager Shandy afterward made me bubbley and giddy- winn!
Then it was cooking duties ahoy! Canopes, followed by Beef Salad, Pad Thai and Chicken Curry, then alcoholic fruit ice lollies onto Chocolate fountain.
Yummo or what! It was soo good!
