This morning I went out for a spin on the bike.

Another trip round Coniston. I wasn't feeling as fit as I did last time but I still managed to be about a minute quicker.

Back in time to watch the qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Vettel on pole again!

Hamilton and Button at 2 & 3 so all is not lost.

Too hot to mow this afternoon so I just lay in the grass and fed myself to the grass-mites.
