The last day of July

A slightly shoogly picture of colourful snails on stinging nettles, taken on a walk in Eglinton country park, Kilwinning. Really not getting the hang of the focus function with the close-up option on this camera, grr!

A slightly damp and overcast day, but still nice to get out for a walk. Lots of swallows wheeling around, brambles in flower while the foxglove is fading and wild raspberries ripen. Can't believe it's August tomorrow....
