Swing!

After Church this morning and lunch, Carys, William, Daddy, Grandad and I went for a swim at the gym. Grandad was teaching Carys how to dive for things at the bottom of the pool, without splashing everyone and William was bobbing around quite happily with his floatation belt on. We were in for almost an hour, a record considering how cool the pool at the gym is.

When we got home there was time for a quick drink before walking down to the local pub for sunday lunch. This was taken on the way home as Granny and Grandad were busy 'swinging' Carys between them. Carys will definately miss them when they head North tomorrow.
