A day of birthdays

I've just returned from a 1 year olds birthday party with E, today is also Harry Potter's birthday (yes I am aware that he's a fictional character!)
I got up very early to wait for the clue to get the chance the register early for Pottermore. (Purely for B I have to say, nothing to do with the fact that I'm a Potter geek). We got our clue at 9 am solved it, and found the magic quill!
I'm reading B the Harry Potter books at the moment...he's quite capable of reading it himself but has a very strange way of reading random or favourite passages. I love how he cuddles up with me on the bean bag each evening for the next instalment. B has autism and puts his arm around me and rests his head on my shoulder. I love how the books have given us something we can share and talk about together. Real magic!
