Beach Race

Not your traditional beach race but this one involved an highly energetic German Shepherd who really needed more exercise than she had the previous day and a car.
We opened the door of the car at the entrance to the beach and drove to the Taramakau Estuary with Kea running alongside the car.

I like this shot because you can see the effort it took Kea to keep up, although the colorings are a bit disappointing because the Dog merges with the sand and driftwood.
