Experiment #2

For the past several months I've been buying Sandwich Thins from Costco! I've contemplated them, and decided that I could certainly make them!! So, today was experiment #2-Shape. The first batch of thins was cut with a knife, therefore, they were not of uniform shape. Visions of baking powder biscuits surfaced, so today's thins were cut with a glass (smaller ones) and a saver dish (bigger ones)! I think they are a success--we've eaten 3 already! They are especially good warm out of the oven!
