The view from the top
From the top of my nearest hill, which means so much to me. I was heading in that direction six weeks ago tonight, and got rather sidetracked. I didn't make it home for four days, whilst I enjoyed the hospitality of Worcester Royal Hospital. Anyway, I'm glad to say I'm back walking the hills now, and picked this for Richardson and daughter who have been making me quite jealous over the last few weeks whilst I was confined to walking along the river bank, and who has/have always cheered me along. The other choice was a shed for Cassie at Peartree who has likewise followed my steady return to a reasonably fit state. Thanks folks.
And so I'm back at work on Monday, and now ready to claim my summer holidays and start getting really out and about. I'm still taking the tablets, as they say, and start my exercise regime at the hospital in a couple of weeks - after that I'm promised I can get back in the saddle and get some real exercise.
