She chats away these days, and plays like she's already way older than her 19 months. Second child syndrome. It's true with the first child you are waiting for each milestone, and it seems to take an age for each one to come. With the next child, and as it turns out for me, my last, you want to perserve them as babies as long as possible, but they grow up before you know it.
