Adults share nicely

Surprising the locals, there was a rock concert in Rangiora (pop. 10,000) last night. (Christchurch being closed for repairs ;-)

Shayne Carter, Julia Deans and Jon Toogood took turns at guitar, bass and keyboards.

It was the last date for the amalgam band on their first New Zealand tour - they assured us that there were likely to be fewer f**k-ups than at the beginning of the tour.

They were damn good.

All hail Julia Deans for playing Carter's guitar upside-down for one song.
