New Life

Last night the sister of my girlfriend gave birth to her daughter. Tomorrow we'll be leaving for a holiday to Paris, but she managed to squeeze her daughter out just before we would have to leave.

My girlfriend texted me this morning about the birth, and in the afternoon I also got to visit the little girl. Her parents are rightfully proud, it's a wonderful baby. She is quite big, but healthy as can be.

It was lovely to see her parents and grandparents holding this new life. My girlfriend and I also got to hold her. She's really cute.

Once home again I got back to packing my bag for the upcoming vacation!
