My Golden Violin

This old violin is still holding up as a photo object for me.

A prospective violin teacher played it a bit yesterday and the sound is beautiful. It needs to be played though, so I need to get in gear. The bridge had been installed improperly, the chin piece was incorrectly, the strings far, far out of tune, and the shoulder rest missing. Other than that it was perfect.

All those things will have been resolved in a few days. Hopefully, I'll actually start to learn to use it soon.
