Big Brother

We decided not to take Finlay into hospital to see Brody and instead waited to introduce them when we got home. This is partly due to the fact that we didn't want to hang about the hospital for any longer than necessary.

Introductions went well; better than expected even. Instead of Finlay getting jealous of not getting all the attention, he was more bothered that he wasn't getting to hold Brody by himself. His kisses and cuddles are a little heavy handed at the moment but at least the desire is there. Perhaps this is because Brody kindly bought him a Buzz Lightyear action figure by way of a ice-breaker!

There was still, an understandable, sense of bewilderment from Finlay though; as you can see. I'm sure he'll be an amazing big brother.

I'm now off to pour a large malt to wet Brody's head. Slainte.
