Wanderings

After being inspired by Everyday Sfinx's beautiful photo yesterday, I hunted out my tripod and went for a wander on the property, looking for "real photos". Of course, nothing compared to that photo, but I had a great hour and took a few photos. This was the first photo I took and I liked it the best. My dog was convinced I had gone mad! He loves going for a walk or run with me and is used to the constant pace in one direction. But today, he kept coming back to where I had set up the tripod up for the next shot, to see what I was doing. He would tilt his head to the side and look at me in confusion, then look up into the trees all around me, to see whether he was missing something. Very cute!
