I heart HDR!

I was given HDR software Photomatix for my birthday and this evening I have been playing around with it.
I must admit for my first attempt I am very pleased with it.

This image was taken with 3 exposures. The first at the correct exposure then the other 2 bracketed at +/- 2 stops. The software merges the 3 images together and by tone mapping you get some fantastic effects.

The fountain, entitled Silence, was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and is situated outside the Connaught Hotel in Mount Street.
Every 10 mins or so smoke comes out from beneath the area around the trees.
