Remember...

Today has only started but I was recently aknowledged that one of my friends father had passed away unexpectedly. It hurts me and brings back the memories of my close friend that passed last summer. It also makes me realize to cherish everyday with the ones you love, and make sure you tell them because you never know when your time will be up.

I think I will now go for a long run...to losen up and relax.
