Sophie's first splash in the sea!

A glorious day today. Felt like summer! We hit the beach with a picnic and stayed there all day. Sophie loved the sea and either watched it or paddled (or sat in it)! Jaden built a fortress with outposts so didn't have time to swim today. His friends Libby and Isabelle joined us. Rebecca and Emily lived in the sea, swimming all day. They love the seaside. We never take it for granted. A fabulous place to live.

My friend came home from hospital and I went to visit her at home. Still a long way to go to recovery so fingers crossed.
