Waddle Like an Egyptian.

Found these little fellows in Battersea Park this morning. I'm pretty sure they are Egyptian Goose goslings.
As the name implies, they are found mostly in the Nile valley, but were introduced to the UK as ornamental birds in the 18th century.
They were considered sacred by the Ancient Egyptians, but were officially declared a pest in the UK in 2009, along with Canada Geese & the Ringnecked Parakeet.
This means that they can be shot without a special licence if a landowner has good reason to believe they are causing a specific problem.
I hope this lot don't fall fowl foul of the law!
