Calligraphy practice

We had an order for a birthday cake this week, so I decided to experiment with some writing. A wee bit of a challenge considering we don't have a proper icing bag or piping tip. Apparently, with a steady hand and some patience (neither of which I have in abundance), a freezer bag with the corner snipped off works just as well in a pinch.
