A Fine City

I must be busy if I've resorted to Singapore favourite cliché for my blip. Don't know it?... "It's a fine city; they'll fine you for this, they'll fine you for that..." This little sign's at the entrance to each subway station.

I like the blank under the durian; if you have to ask the cost of the fine, you really can't afford it.
