Queen Of The Castle

Busy day today! I went to get my finger and toe nails done this morning and on the way there I picked up these 2 parcels from the Post Office. Someone decided they would be fun to sit on top and peruse her kingdom ;-)

I also went to the chiropractor in NB. I used to go to one in Musselburgh but decided to try the NB one out as she had been recommended to me. My neck & shoulders have been quite tight and aching lately which isn't unusual but I think may be contributing to an increase in the frequency and severity of my migraines over the last few months.

Then this evening, I headed across to Manchester on the train via York from Dunbar and I'm staying in a hotel near The Christie Hospital where I'm working tomorrow.
