Medical Opinion

So despite other more appealing photos, this blip is the most emblematic of my long day. Today was doctor's visit day (not to be confused with dental drama day). And it was as painful as that scary package & huge bottle of betadine indicate. The biopsy for which I was prepared but didn't think I would need was in fact attempted but after much pain was deemed not successful. So, next step is out-patient procedure. Not urgent but told not to wait more than 6 weeks. Decided to go home and think about it before scheduling anything -- told the dr. that was not where I thought our conversation would go, sigh. After all that, went to a lovely sunshiny port-side restaurant with DH and laughed and got silly on colorful drinks; had a delicious dinner tended to by very friendly and young waitstaff and enjoyed it all! What a great husband!
