But this is not any rice. They make like a chicken soup and prepare the rice with it. So the rice has a chicken flavor.

This is a popular dish in Thailand and it is probably one of my favorites (from the most popular dishes)

This was a treat. Because there is only one small team here, we had each plate made for us and it was a special meal. Oooooo.......soooooo goooood!
