Unsure about this one, other than it being a member of the Geranium Family. Possibly a Bloody Cranesbill (Geranium sanguineum)... 'scuse the language, though not on the usual lime soil. It was close to a beach near Rosemarkie, on the Black Isle. We'd stopped there for a break during our sea kayak session tonight.
May head back in better light, with a posh camera, and ensure I record the colouring more accurately. Much as I've moaned about it in the past, one great thing about this little point and shoot camera, is its macro ability.
