You're having a laugh!!

Remember this day back in May?

We were 4.5 hours late after all the East Coast trains were cancelled. I was a bit late with sending back the compensation form but I did eventually. 4 weeks later I get this letter back.
I'm very shocked and baffled!
1. 20 mins late???? Where did they get that from???
2. How can you write "we clearly let you down" then go on to say I was only delayed by 20 minutes.
3. I posted the letter 1st class on 30th June so there's no way they got it on 6th July.
4. "We do value your custom" Bo$&ocks.

In other news it's finally the end of term, it was an emotional day. Oh and the big spend that was going to be revealed today is not being revealed yet!
