Flint House

Over the last few weeks this building has gone through various stages, first the windows were removed, then nothing much appeared to be happening, yesterday I noticed the building was fenced in and being painted blue, why they painted it blue is anyones guess, maybe more pleasing to the eye. Cant believe that with government and local councils wanting to make savings in their budgets they spend money in this futile exercise when at the end of the day this wood panelling will probably be scrapped, I'll stop here, major rant coming on

I've no idea what is going to go in its place so watch this space, there are a few new developments going on in Flint at the moment. A pity its been knocked down, surely it could have been utilised for something else?

In front of the demolition work are the Memorials to Commemorate the War Dead.

A foggy start to the day and quite chilly, cleared to a lovely day with blue skys.
