Black Backed Jackal
"Remember the two benefits of failure.
First, if you do fail, you learn what doesn't work;
and second, the failure gives you the opportunity to try a new approach"

Been to class today, took this photo on my way back home. The name Black backed jackal refers to the wide dark saddle across the upper parts of the body. I found this one at the Lion & Rhino Nature reserve.
Mr Snippets is doing well, no side-effects after the treatment! He is getting good at it now :)
In Class today...
Discussions today were about the brain, nervous system and DNA - which I find very interesting.
Another interesting piece of information that came out in the discussion on nerves and nerve endings, is that when rubbing your earlobes it
1)Calms you down when upset
2)Regulates body temperature... when high it brings temperature down, and when you are cold - it will raise your temperature!
Thought that was quite interesting, especially the temperature part - could have tried that on Mr Snippets two weeks ago when he had a high fever.
Will definately give it a try... have to try it before I believe it :)
