Martin filming at Leg up Community Garden

Our volunteer Martin was filming at Leg Up Community Garden in Govan, Glasgow for part of the Govan Together project.

The first Govan Together event is on Saturday 30th July 2011 11am-5pm.
Bringing Govan together at The Pearce Institute and venues round Govan.

What's happening? well, we're bringing in a tour bus. The open top kind. It'll be taking passengers on free "mystery" tours of Govan. Learn about places you never knew were there. Tell others stories about what happened - where... & get off at places of interest.

Buses leave The Pearce Institute on the hour - last bus 4pm.

And at The Pearce Institute, we're inviting you in for a cuppa and a chat about the way things were or the way things could be... we'll be mapping what matters to you... there'll be soup, homebaking, crafts to try your hand at & some hand massage... film showings & poems.

The Leg Up Community Garden at Elder Park will have things on & Galgael's doors will be open...
