Well, that's what I saw in the ice shape. Lovely double figure temps today and the thaw set in.

Not that my front path or driveway got the message. It sort of thawed in places but mostly it transformed into a giant skating rink with snow beneath.

After work I spent 1.5 hours shoveling snow. My neighbour joined me for an hour. My path is clear and I can now open the gate fully. The driveway is clear enough to allow us to our garages.

Yes, and now all you northern hemisphere blippers can tell me we should have done this yesterday, if not Monday.
