A load of Folk-ers

Bumped into a crowd of international folk dancers at lunchtime on my stroll through the gardens - and this was the best of a hurried lot.

I think these three were Spanish! I had no idea that bagpipe-like instruments were played elsewhere.

Its apparently part of the 21st International Folk Dance Festival hosted by the Dunedin Dancers this year.
