back-blipped

Final day of our holiday today and it was spent travelling from Vouvant in the Vendée region of France all the way up to the Euro Tunnel at Calais and then back over and up to where we call home at the moment, Surrey. Amelie was pretty good for the whole journey although its never going to be easy with a 16 month old on a 12 hour car journey. We had a nice picnic next to a field of cows and Amelie told us all through lunch that cows go moo and that they were over there with some birds as well. We had a nice dinner too in Cité Europe before getting an early than planned crossing on the train. Amelie had a quick bath when we got in and then it was bedtime for all of us.
