Seagull and Bungee

We are in the city of Dalian. We headed off early this morning by train (4 and a half hours) and spent the rest of the day exploring. I have been a little worried about getting a boat ticket to our next stop (Yantai) but I needed have been worried, as we were able to buy two tickets for tomorrow's boat from a seller on the train.

We went to the 'beach' this afternoon. No sand,m just lots of smooth river stones. Dirty water and a lot of seaweed had been washed onto the 'beach'. Chinese people eat that particular seaweed, so there was no shortage of people collecting it.

There were a couple of seagulls flying back and forth looking for fish. I got this one as it was passing the tower in the background where someone had just jumped off the bungee platform. Not the greatest of pics, but we are wrecked and need an early night. I thought about doing the bungee, but there were too many stairs to get up to the platform.
