Couldn't resist the big slab of belly pork with 'Freedom' stamped on the side of it when I was through at Costco stocking up the freezer and putting a little aside for the coming weekend's frivolities in Ribblesdale. Though unfortunately the three sided tent thing I had been hoping to buy is no lnger available, a reminder tht as far as Costco goes, if you want it, buy it now!
