Above the clouds.

Yesterday I went to the funeral of Shirley, the mother of one of my best friends, who suddenly passed away after struggling with health issues for some time. She was only 53.

Although she was so ready to be with the Lord, it's her children who my heart hurts for. Their dad died when they were very young and now they're left parentless. :(

My family has been so close with theirs for years and years. We've grown up together. Her daughter is just like a sister to me.

Please pray for her family as they learn to live without this amazing, inspiring and vibrant woman in their lives.
