Seems the migrains I've been experiencing of late are slightly stress related but also mostly eye related, thanks in part to a smidge of short sightiness and the fact that one of my eyes is actually shaped like a rugby ball, a revelation that once explained to me made perfect sense (especially the optical weirdness I've always had when viewing lines of body copy in design layouts).
