Well Done Cav!

Still feeling a bit emotional this morning as more details come through on the radio about the killings in Norway and Amy Winehouse's death.

But this is the day we've chosen for our annual outing to St Andrews and Kinshaldy beach, only this time we take the bikes, and cycle fro St A to KB and back, stopping over for an hour's sunbathing. Traditional curry stop at the Balaka, which I rate as one of the best in the UK.

Back late-ish and watch the highlights of the final day of the Tour de France and can hardly believe it when the HTC team appear as if by magic at the front of the peleton with a kilometre to go and bring home Mark Cavendish to win the stage and the green jersey! And the yellow goes to Cadell Evans, who rode a flawless race and totally deserved the win.
