Not a technical picture to start off my Blipfoto journey, but a personal one.

My Mum passed away two years ago this week, so I decided to cook a family favourite to honour her. From a decades old and well stained Aussie Women's Weekly Chinese Cookbook this is "Chicken Sticks" a marinated sticky concoction made from the largest bone of a chicken wing. It's essentially chicken, soya sauce, garlic, ginger, sherry, honey and pepper; strong and irresistible.
