Taking advantage of someone else's hard work

I have passed this several times while dog walking and thought I must get my fancy camera to take a picture. Well today I decided I couldn't wait till I remembered that as the flowers would be dead. Still I hope you can see how pretty it all is even on my iPhone camera.
