Sunset on Harris

This has been a glorious, sunny day - although a bit Baltic at times. We were rewarded with a cracking sunset, and I was pleased with the results of using the telephoto lens. I have to say, though, that my eyes were seeing spots for a wee while after staring at the sun through this lens. I hope that it is not bad for the health.

The islands in relief are the Shiant Isles, off the coast of Harris. The mountain at the back is Clisham.

Well worth a visit up close.
