Snow capped mountains

Nearly August and there is still snow on top of the mountains that surround Vancouver. I can't remember there being any snow up there when we arrived nearly a year ago, so I guess that is a sign of how great a summer we've had this year.

Ach well, winter in Australia awaits us. Even that will be warmer than this.
